Terms of service
The agreement between Warid and the business using Warid. Using the service means accepting it.
Last updated 14 August 2026.
What Warid is
Warid is a hosted inbox that connects the messaging channels a business already uses — WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, a web chat widget — so its team can read and answer them in one place, with optional AI assistance the business configures.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for who you invite into your workspace. Turn on two-factor authentication; it is the single most effective protection available here.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use Warid if we have previously ended your access.
Your data stays yours
The conversations, contacts, files and configuration in your workspace belong to you. We store and process them to provide the service and for no other purpose: we do not sell them, do not use them for advertising, and do not train models on your message content. What we hold and for how long is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
You can export or delete your data at any time — see Deleting your data.
The channels you connect
Connecting a channel authorises Warid to send and receive on your behalf through that provider. You remain bound by that provider’s own terms — Meta’s for WhatsApp and Instagram, Telegram’s for Telegram — and you are responsible for holding the right to use the account you connect.
Providers change their rules, deprecate their APIs, rate-limit and suspend accounts, and none of that is within our control. We will tell you when a channel stops receiving and why, as clearly as the provider tells us.
How you may use it
You may not use Warid to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- send anything unlawful, or harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- break the rules of a connected channel — a suspension there is usually permanent and we cannot appeal it for you;
- attempt to reach another customer’s workspace, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first. If you find a security problem, tell us at [email protected] and we will not pursue you for having looked.
AI features
AI agents write drafts and replies from instructions you give them. They get things wrong. You decide whether an agent answers automatically or proposes a draft for a person to approve, you can take over any conversation at any moment, and you are responsible for what is sent from your account either way.
Paying for it
Plans, allowances and prices are shown on your account page. Usage beyond an included allowance is charged as described there. Seats and channels are enforced limits; messages and AI replies are counted and billed rather than blocked, so you will not be cut off mid-conversation.
Fees are payable in advance for each period and are not refundable for a period already started, except where the law says otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep Warid running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and much of what the product depends on — the channel providers — is not ours to guarantee.
Ending it
You may stop using Warid and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if this agreement is broken in a way that risks the service or other customers, and we will say why. On termination your data is deleted as described in Deleting your data — export anything you want to keep first.
Liability
Warid is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. When a change matters, the date above changes and we tell account holders inside the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Warid after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, close the account and ask for a refund of any unused period.
